Basimilus Iteritas Alter sample pack
$15There are a lot of Eurorack drum modules available these days, but years after its release Noise Engineering’s Basimilus Iteritas Alter is still the reigning champ. BIA might be known for bruising kicks and clanging metallic percussion, but it’s easy to dial in more restrained and melodic sounds. BIA’s versatile enough to serve as a full synth voice and this pack captures some surprising sounds.
Many of the sounds in this pack are recorded directly from the BIA with no processing, others are run through numerous filters and effects. The loops are all recorded from a single BIA subjected to heavy modulation and processing.
This pack includes:
- An Ableton pack with 20 instruments
- 50 loops
- 149 kick drums (88 of them tuned to C)
- 73 percussion sounds (13 of them tuned to C)
- 63 snares
- 61 synth sounds (tuned to C)
- 54 cymbals
Audio files are included in two different formats:
- 24 bit, 48kHz WAV
- 16 bit, 44.1kHz WAV
